Bridport - Saxon market town.

Bridport is a busy little market town with a good mix of shops situated between Dorchester and Lyme Regis - West Bay is the seaside harbour for Bridport and is just a couple of miles to the seaward side.

You can join with the rope makers' apprentice, Sam, at Bridport Museum and discover the story about the Saxon town. Bridport has its own Art Centre too.
